The “Carbon Heater” thermobox heating system is offered in a variety of sizes and connection types for mobile and stationary use. As an accessory for mobile applications in cars, a multipoint adapter is available, allowing up to 10 “Carbon Heaters” to be plugged in and operated at the same time.

Temperature regulation of the “Carbon Heater” thermobox heating system is set automatically to 70°C - with no monitoring necessary.

The heating system is designed for daily use and to meet your needs. It needs no preheating, is super-light in weight (approx. 300g) and takes up only a few millimetres of height. It is highly flexible, unbreakable and robust. Being splash water tight, it is quick and easy to clean.
100% Optimum Safety
The “Carbon Heater” thermobox heating system is equipped with several independent safety features. If inadvertently switched on when unneeded, a temperature limiter integrated in the heating element switches the system off. The heating element has triple insulation and a dielectric strength of over 5,000 volts (official regulation: 1,230 volts). Thanks to the integrated shielding, if the heating element should ever be penetrated by a sharp-pointed object, the protective fuse (FI) will interrupt the power supply. These safety measures are additionally supplemented by the splash water tight construction in accordance with the requirements of IP 67.
100% Dependability through State-of-the-Art Production Methods
The entire production process takes place in Germany in compliance with the quality standards used by the automotive and medical equipment industries. The temperature control is made up of shockproof SMD components and is 100% tested. The carbon layer of the heating element is laminated between several layers of polyester film and is therefore highly flexible and robust.
